I entered my email address, but there were no files found. Make sure you are using the same email address you registered with Paypal. I did not receive the Download Instructions Email, and I paid by E-Check. Echecks usually take 3 to 4 business days to clear. The system will automatically send your download instructions as soon as the check clears. If you need the file right away, please send use the [Contact Us] form to send us a message. Be sure to include your Paypal transaction ID and the email address you used in PayPal so we will be able to find your order. An error occured while downloading, I need the download re-set. Click here to use the [Contact Us] form to request that your download be re-set. Include your PayPal transaction ID which you received via email in your message. How do I open the files? Files require the FREE Adobe Acrobat reader. If you do not have Acrobat, you may dowload it for free from www.adobe.com. I still have questions.
